I think staff who have worked as fundraisers past their probationary period of 1 month should be issues with a certificate of how much they have raised when they leave. It could be useful for their N.R.A’s (if they still exist!) or their C.V’s. Either way I think it would be a nice gesture for their effort time and effort.
I like Johno’s idea from a while back about issuing all fund raisers while a usb stick of useful info on starting. What kind of stuff do you think something like that should contain if it could be done in future?
